To use the Macs Adventure app, you need to have an account with Macs Adventure. You can use the same account details as used to login on the website.
Alternatively, you can register for an account within the app itself - just tap the 'Register' button and follow the instructions.
Make sure the email address used for the account is the same email address as that used to book your adventure.
If you're having issues logging in, make sure that:
- Your smartphone is connected to the internet
- You are using the same email address as that used to book your adventure
- Make sure any social media account (eg Facebook or Google) you use to log in is linked to the same email address as that used to book your adventure
- If you are using 'Login with Apple', make sure you don't use the 'Hide my email' - as this prevents the app from locating your booking correctly
