The app uses your email address to identify your booking.
Make sure you have signed up for a Macs Adventure online account. Always use the same email address as that which was provided when you booked.
If you’ve used social sign-in (such as Google, Apple, or Facebook) but that account does not share the same email address as the one you gave us when making your booking, you will need to log out and create an account with the same email you gave us when you booked.
If you choose to use the 'Sign in with Apple' feature, make sure you do not use the 'Hide my email' option, as this prevents the matching of the email address to the booking.
The lead booker for your trip is able to add the email addresses of any travelling companions via their account on the Macs website, so they are able to log in to the app and view their trip too.
