There are a few different ways you can book with us. You can call or email us with your inquiry where one of our destination specialists will be happy to talk you through your options and put together a quotation for you. If you know what you want and have your bag already packed, then you can go on to our website and book your trip online.
We require a 20% deposit to start booking all the individual elements of your trip, which is payable over the phone or online (the full balance is due 6 weeks prior to departure, so if you book less than 6 weeks in advance your deposit will be the full tour cost). For certain trips, a higher deposit may be required, and this will be advised on your quote.
We confirm availability individually and book all your accommodation and options, then send you final confirmation as soon as everything is confirmed (usually 7-9 working days).
If we're unable to accommodate your booking request on your preferred dates or an alternative trip of your choice, your deposit is fully refundable.
Please don't book any flights or additional travel services until you get your final confirmation email.
