Once you pay your 20% deposit, we get to work on confirming the services for your trip! As we mostly use smaller inns and hotels, we don't have live availability as these places aren't always bookable online. We must contact each individual hotel and luggage transportation company to make all the arrangements. Most of our partners are small, local family businesses and, especially in high season, it might take them a few days to confirm your booking. Once all arrangements are confirmed, we'll reach out to you.
On average this takes between 7 to 9 days. If there happens to be availability issues, we'll come back to you with alternative options where possible. Your deposit is fully refundable if there's no availability or the alternative options are not to your liking.
