In short, no. Most luggage transfer companies don't have the permits to transport people, don't have big enough vehicles for the bags and people, and/or aren’t heading straight to your hotel as they may have to go to many different hotels that day to drop off the luggage.
If you feel as though you can't complete a day of walking, it's always good to check public transportation first. It's the most cost-efficient and sustainable way to travel. If public transportation won't work for you, you can book your own taxi from one accommodation to the next. This will be paid for by you and can be done through our local partners, your hotel, or you can check Rome2Rio to see a list of local taxis in the area.
