Please note our trips are booked on a request basis and we don't have any rooms on hold with our accommodation partners. We require a 20% deposit to start working on your booking which is payable over the phone or online (full balance is due 6 weeks prior to departure). We then confirm availability and send the final confirmation as soon as everything is finalized.
If we're unable to reserve your trip as requested and you don't approve suggested alternatives, your deposit is fully refundable.
